Manchester-based global engineering company High Voltage Partial Discharge (HVPD) has been awarded a triple ISO Certification.
HVPD, which provides asset-monitoring solutions for some of the biggest companies in the world, has successfully achieved re-certification to ISO 9001:2015 for its Quality Management System.
The standard is based on a number of quality management principles including strong customer focus, management of risk and opportunities to increase business efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
HVPD also achieved re-certifications in two of their other ISO accreditations: ISO14001:2015 for their environmental responsibilities, and ISO18001:2007 for health and safety.
Samantha Gallagher, SHEQ Coordinator at HVPD, said: “The certifications demonstrate to our customers that we are committed to maintaining the excellent standards of products and services that they have understandably come to expect from HVPD.
“The process to meet the requirements set out in these certifications is a thorough inspection of everything from customer satisfaction to product quality, health and safety to environment, so we are delighted to be able to say we have passed with flying colours.”
The company is also in the process of transitioning from ISO14001 to the updated ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety certification.
Based in Salford, UK, High Voltage Partial Discharge provides a comprehensive range of on-line partial discharge test and monitoring technology for in‑service condition assessment of high voltage electrical assets. Their customers include the biggest names in Oil & Gas, Mining, and other industries around the world.
