Expand Your Understanding of Partial Discharge:
CPD Accredited Partial Discharge Training Courses

HVPD's partial discharge training courses are CPD-accredited and cover both the theoretical and practical aspects of PD testing. They include comprehensive overviews of PD screening, diagnostic and monitoring methods and technologies.

In addition, our partial discharge training courses include practical PD testing in HVPD's on-site 50 kV and 100 kV HV test laboratories. Tyipical delegates include test technicians, development engineers, HV network asset managers and reliability engineers, among others.

The partial discharge training courses have been designed at three levels (Level I - Entry Level, II - Intermediate and III - Advanced).

Delegates to HVPD's training have included engineers who have been tasked with reviewing and/or implementing condition monitoring (CM) technology to assist in the effective asset management of their MV/HV/EHV networks.

Our Level I and II partial discharge training courses equal 6 CPD hours each.

We can also organise bespoke partial discharge training courses and seminars at our customer’s facilities to suit any specific partial discharge training requirements.
