HVPD Exhibit at EURO TECHCON, Warrington, 17th-18th November 2009

HVPD are pleased to announce that we will exhibit the first presentation of our NEW Wide Area Distribution Network Monitoring Solution at the eighth annual Euro TechCon 2009. This year's Euro TechCon will be held on 17-18 November, 2009 at the Park Royal Hotel in Stretton, Warrington. TechCon is a conference devoted to the discussion of technology development and solutions which provide improvement in key high voltage maintenance program and asset management strategies.

The HVPD Wide Area Distribution Network Monitoring Solution has been developed by HVPD in conjunction with UK utilities including: EDF Energy, Scottish Power and Scottish and Southern Energy, and includes PD monitoring at both primary and secondary switchgear (RMU's).

To complement the HVPD Network Monitoring solution, the team will be available to present the 4-Phase On-line PD Test & Monitoring Solution. This is an integrated, 4-phase, condition-based asset management solution which includes a range of PD 'spot test' and PD monitoring technology. The solution provides the framework for a systematic and cost effective, condition-based asset management system which can identify, locate and monitor PD activity within the customer's network.

The Euro TechCon conference programme includes a series of presentations on Partial Discharge Measurement and Analysis and will see Generation, Transmission and Distribution Personnel, Electrical Engineers and Maintenance and Asset Managers in attendance.
